How it works
Choose your firmware online, then we install it over a video call, or you mail the cluster in.
GT350 owners pick a start-up. EcoBoost and GT owners pick a look from our gallery or design their own. Not sure? We'll send you a video of it on a real cluster first.
Pick a time 6 hours to 6 days ahead. You need a 20 A+ battery charger, a Windows laptop with AnyDesk and a wired FORScan cable; we do the rest over FaceTime, Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp or a call.
No laptop or cable? Mail us the cluster. One business day turnaround. You see a video of it running before you pay, and it ships back overnight, free.

FAQ
A battery charger over 20 A on the car (30–50 A is ideal), a Windows laptop near the car with AnyDesk installed (free) and a wired FORScan cable (OBD to USB; this is the one we recommend). Don't have them? Choose the mail-in service.
After we confirm your order we email you where to send your cluster. We flash it within one business day of it arriving and send you a video of it running. You pay once you've seen it, then we ship it back overnight, free.
No. The firmware is built for your car and installed by us, and the file is deleted straight after the install.
Not when you order. Remote install: ordering places a hold on your card for the total, and we charge it at your install after we check everything works. If we can't go ahead, the hold is released and you pay nothing. Mail-in: no card needed to order. We flash your cluster, send you a video of it running, and you pay once you've seen it. Then it ships back overnight, free.
Where your card or wallet offers Klarna, Afterpay or Affirm at checkout, you can use them. The same rule applies: charged at your install.
Move it from your order page up to 6 hours before. Times open from 6 hours to 6 days ahead, and we confirm every appointment.
Yes. Ask for a video on the GT350 page or in the designer, and we'll run your design on a real cluster and post the video to your account.
Mark it confidential and it is only ever used for your car, never shown in the gallery.
